'Kunima' is a world that exists only within our own imaginations, yet a world entirely of our own. An awe-inspiring, delicate world. A melding of textures. A flutter of sound.
Kunima was created with images I had spontaneously taken throughout one week. I had a collection of images from various moments, of seemingly random subjects. I wanted to explore what would become if I brought them together. Blending modes within Photoshop allowed for unique results completely different from their original. The result was a visceral clash of elements, in which the viewer can project their own imagination onto.
